HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT

For the orders in Bucharest it is necessary to bring your work (the manuscript) to our store. In certain conditions (for example – emergencies), you can send the manuscript by e-mail (this understands the prior scanning of the documents that are going to be processes).
Also, you can send by e-mail materials to correct the text or documents that require adding diacritics.
For the orders in the country or abroad, the material that is going to be processed will be sent by mail, as a parcel that will contain the manuscript printed on paper of hand-written.
Both for the orders in Bucharest and for those in the country or abroad, previously scanned manuscripts can be sent by the client for emergencies or for a quicker completion of the order. In this case, under certain conditions, you may benefit from discounts. For details, please contact us.

GENERAL PROCEDURES

1. Launching the order. Each word processing/text correcting/diacritics adding/page numbering etc. project launched to www.redactare.ro for the BENEFICIARY makes the object of a firm order. The order and the scanned pages or the original text are transmitted by e-mail to www.redactare.ro. Our team is entitled to request, on the date of accepting the order, a down payment of the total estimated value.

2. Access to resources. The BENEFICIARY makes available for our team all the available information regarding the project (for instance: spacing, page numbering manner, characters to be used, their size, tabs etc.), which can make the word processing process more efficient and more accurate. Also, the BENEFICIARY appoints a competent person within its own organization who will be in charge of the possible unclear points occurred during the process.

3. Word processing accuracy. www.redactare.ro undertakes to involve in the projects the specialized personnel adequate to their nature. The personnel involved will make all efforts to complete your work as quick as possible. Still, given the fact that for a given text there are possible certain unclear points regarding the text legibility (hand-writing taken from the client or incorrect specialty terms in the original material), the BENEFICIARY accepts 1% processing errors. In case the processing errors are more than 1% because of our team’s fault, the correcting of the material will be performed free of charge towards the client, without any additional costs. 4. Planning the projects. After a first analysis of the original text, our team will make, when possible, a preliminary estimate of the interval necessary for processing the work and of the adherent costs. This estimate may be corrected in progress, depending on the actual situations occurred.

5. Additional services. The list tariffs refer to standard projects (processing in a usual text editor, verification performed by word processor). The more complex works that imply quality control by a second word processor and/or adaptation of graphic files, tables, mathematical formula, diagrams etc., involve additional costs incurred by the BENEFICIARY.

6. The delivery of the final documents is done in the file format, on the support and in the modality agreed through the order. All additional expedition costs – others than by e-mail or direct taking from our headquarters are incurred by the BENEFICIARY.

7. Liability. The BENEFICIARY is encouraged to verify the conformity and accuracy of the word processing, personally or by means of its own specialists or of third parties, whenever necessary, especially in case of materials that are going to be published/ displayed/ distributed and/or which may create legal relations with third parties. In this sense, the BENEFICIARY undertakes the sole and full legal liability regarding all consequences that derive from using the final materials received.

8. Confidentiality. Our team undertakes that, both during and after the expiry of the contract, to keep confidentiality regarding the information coming from the BENEFICIARY they come in contact with.
